For bespoke products (requiring any personalisation such as painting), the right to request a refund is only available if the product is damaged or the personalisation is incorrect (painted differently than specified at the time of purchase or in a different colour).Refunds and returns cannot be claimed if any incorrectness on the product is due to a customer input or typing error.Any damage to the product must be reported within 24 hours of the courier receiving the product.
